אחלה מיקום Positive: מיקום מרכזי מאד, מרחק הליכה ממסעדות טובות, כל האזור כייפי, ממש כמה פסיעות מקניון גדול שגם בו היו מסעדות בין היתר, הרגשנו בטוח לטייל שם עד מאוחר , מרפסת נהדרת, חנייה מצויינת חינם, מחיר טוב מאד , פקידת הקבלה שקיבלה אותנו היתה מצויינת , נחמדה ושרותית - גם שאר פקידי הקבלה היו מאד שרותיים , יש בדירה מטבח מאובזר מאד מאד למי שצריך ורוצה לבשל , Negative: הנקיון לא היה לשביעות רצוני, אני באופן אישי מעדיפה מלונות ממש עם נקיון של מלון ולא דירות- זו היתה טעות שלי , פשוט לא שמתי לב שמדובר במלון דירות ולא במלון ממש . הדירה די ישנה ובזמן שהיינו היה רעש מחדרים אחרים אולי זה מיקרי .

Highly recommended stay in Brickell Positive: The location is ideal, right in the heart of Brickell, making it very easy to get around. The apartment is thoughtfully designed, with many small details that make the stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Sandra was exceptional — always available and very responsive, with almost immediate replies to every message. This really contributed to a smooth and stress-free stay. Just a small tip to note: around 11 a.m., there can sometimes be a bit of a wait for the elevators, as many guests are checking out at the same time. Nothing inconvenient, just the normal check-out flow. Aside from that, everything was perfect. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

Lage Super! Wohnung und Vermieterin schlecht! Positive: Die Lage und die kostelosen Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort. Negative: Das Apartment war nicht sauber, und die Möbel wiesen deutliche Gebrauchsspuren auf. Auch die Klimaanlage war alt und sehr laut, sodass wir sie abends zum Schlafen ausschalten mussten. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr minimalistisch, und es roch unangenehm. Als wir uns bei der Vermieterin (Sandra) über den Zustand der Wohnung beschwerten und um einen Wohnungswechsel baten, wurden wir auf das Wochenende vertröstet. Danach erhielten wir keinerlei Rückmeldung mehr von ihr – bis zu unserer Abreise wurden wir vollständig ignoriert.

Avoid this place Positive: The location is OK. Negative: The hostess, Sandra, who communicated with us only via email and texting was very rude on several occasions. Her tone was commanding and intimidating. The apartment was dirty: "white" window drapes were grey, and some strange organic (acetone?) smell of an unknown source was during our entire stay there. The furniture on the balcony was probably taken from some trash; it was heavily used and dirty. The kitchenette was very poorly equipped, with not a single frying pan. The water view was almost nonexistent. The view from the window was to the next building with its windows. One of our two window shatters was broken and could not be closed, so to change dress, we had to go to the bathroom. The whole building was packed: to get to an elevator we had to wait sometimes 15-20 minutes. Car parking was on the 5th floor with very narrow driving passes. Instead of an electronic key to open the parking garage door, we were given a handwritten note to be shown through a camera to an operator. Getting the key for the apartment door through the key box and returning it back was a problem both ways: we had to ask for help because it took 5-7 movements to operate it.
